Hugs transcend the simplicity of a gesture; they unite, shelter, forgive, appreciate. They can speak more than a thousand words, filling the soul with warmth and tenderness. How many hugs have you given today?

Disposable bottles are one of the main sources of pollution, and less than 10% of the plastic produced is effectively recycled. Microplastics abound in our oceans, affecting marine life and entering our food chain. Single-use plastic is invading the planet.

“Kind Habits” is a proposal to incorporate small actions that bring about significant changes in the way we handle our daily consumption.

Choosing glass or reusable bottles is a simple gesture that significantly reduces the amount of plastic in our oceans and prevents the proliferation of microplastics.

We are not fully aware of the damage we cause to the environment and our health. Switching to reusable bottles not only protects the environment but also reduces exposure to harmful chemicals found in some plastics.

Las botellas desechables son una de las principales fuentes de contaminación, y menos del 10% del plástico producido se recicla efectivamente. Kind habits invite us to pay attention and carry out small actions that, even though they may seem imperceptible, have the power to generate a significant impact on our environment and the people around us.
